Refund Conditions
Full Refund (100%)
We offer a full refund of the amount paid in the following situations:
- When we are unable to recover your account after exhausting all technical and legal possibilities
- If the contracted service is not initiated within the timeframe established in the contract
- In cases where we identify in advance that recovery will not be possible
Partial Refund
A partial refund may be granted in the following cases:
- Cancellation of the service by the client after the process has begun (amount proportional to the work not performed)
- When we achieve partial recovery of the account data or functionalities
Timeframes for Request and Processing
- The refund request must be made within 30 days after the completion of the service or the determination that recovery is impossible
- The refund processing will be completed within 7 business days after the request approval
- The amount will be returned through the same payment method used for the service purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request your refund, follow the steps below:
- Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp
- Provide your service protocol number and the reason for the request
- Our team will analyze the case and respond within 48 hours
- After approval, the refund will be processed according to the established timeframes
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Not eligible for refund:
- Cases where the client provided false or incomplete information that made recovery impossible
- Complementary services already performed (such as consultancy or security analysis)
- Situations where the client did not collaborate with the necessary steps for the recovery process
